It my pleasure to welcome you all to the THE TWENTY-SIXTH SEMINAR FOR PORT STATE CONTROL OFFICER IN THE ASIA-PACIFIC REGION & WORKSHOP ON EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION

I Know it si very long days and I shall be very brief

This welcome dinner has been always highlighted of Seminar and workshop for port state control under Tokyo  MOU .

So let me finish off quickly ..

Tonight we are here to celebrate the friendship, partnership and relationship within Tokyo –MOU families and our cooperate as member authorities.

We are also here to recognize and celebrate among the best port state MOU.

I would like to invite xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to give short talk about the dinner.

  

This evening, we are recognizing your accomplishment and, is so doing, we a celebrate the promise your country for ever greatest achievement in in the days and years ahead.

And im don’t want to stand in between you and your dinner. Let us relax, enjoy the evening with various Malaysian food.

And now, the Seminar  ceremony has come to its’ end.

I am very pleased indeed glad to see the successful turnout on THE TWENTY-SIXTH SEMINAR FOR PORT STATE CONTROL OFFICER IN THE ASIA-PACIFIC REGION & WORKSHOP ON EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION LANGKAWI , MALAYSIA 9 -13 JULY 2018 and this event has been organized to mark the closing of the Seminar and workshop

On behalf of all the secretariat and T-MOU , I would like to express my upmost gratitude to all the distinguished guest and members of floor for making this event a success.

You have come to the end of five days workshop with  intensive work.  So, by this we end the Workshop today and we would be pleased to have you all again in future here at Malaysia.

It’s been our pleasure to have you all for the past 5 days. Have a safe journey back home!!

My name is (HAZROOL RIZAL B ABDUL RAHIM) from (Industrial Control Division).

On behalf of the organizer (Malaysia Marine Department & Tokyo MOU), we wish to extend our warm welcome (Selamat Datang) and thank you to all participants, guests of honour, delegates and representatives from the (Member authorities and Cooperate member authorities ), foreign and local participants to this (THE TWENTY-SIXTH SEMINAR FOR PORT STATE CONTROL OFFICER IN THE ASIA-PACIFIC REGION & WORKSHOP ON EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION).

For your information, today we have about more than 51 participants and also industrial experts and professionals joining this seminar. All participants come together here to discuss on Recent development Tokyo MOU, results CIC on Safety Navigation, Marpol Annex VI, Guideline inspection non-convention ship, Guideline for Marpol V,VI , APCIS functionalities, Case Study and etc  . We hope to be able to conclude contributions as in this five-days of conference sessions to technicality and also for industry.
