This welcome dinner has been always highlighted of Seminar
and workshop for port state control under Tokyo
MOU .
So let me finish off quickly ..
Tonight we are here to celebrate the friendship,
partnership and relationship within Tokyo –MOU families and our cooperate as member
authorities.
We are also here to recognize and celebrate among the best
port state MOU.
